Good to know

  • Tours often run on set days only and sell out – check the website and book ahead.
  • Brewhouses are dark and steamy: raise the ISO and let the lens acclimatise for a moment after the cold room.
  • If you taste, you do not drive. Most states draw the line at 0.08 % blood alcohol – and rental drivers get no leeway.
